Cocoa Butter Press
Cocoa butter presses allow you to make and use your own cocoa butter from cocoa liquor!
To do this, 20kg of cocoa liquor is put under extreme pressure to extract cocoa butter while working at less than 40 degrees. The press is able to extract 6-8kg of cocoa butter leaving you with 22-24% cocoa powder to use for drinking chocolate or baking products.
The cocoa butter press comes with 5 filter bags and can be working 24/7 with almost no cleaning.
