TELME’s brand-new range of soft serve (soft ice cream) machines are built for reliable daily service with a clean, modern design. They’re easy to operate and deliver smooth, consistent soft serve, frozen yogurt, acai etc. every time.

With 10 models available in pump or gravity-fed configurations (and countertop or floor-standing formats), there’s a setup to suit any venue from cafés to high-volume self-serve frozen dessert bars.

These eco-friendly and energy-efficient soft serve machines use direct expansion freezing cylinders for thermal stability during continuous service. For higher demand and premium control, the Top Level series adds a 7” touch display and Cloud-ready connectivity (configuration dependent).

The TELME SOFT range is split into two series:

Professional Series
Built for versatility and ease of use, with 2.0 L direct expansion cylinders and advanced digital control. Available in 1 or 2 flavour models, with independent refrigeration circuits on 2-flavour units.

Top Level Series
Designed for higher production volumes, featuring oversized 2.5 L cylinders, an intuitive 7” touch panel, and Wi-Fi / Cloud-ready monitoring (depending on configuration). Two-flavour models run independent dual refrigeration for stability and operational flexibility.
