Telme Evopasto

The Telme Evopasto series consists of automatic batch pasteurisers for preparing ice cream and gelato bases as well as pastry products.

They come in 30, 60 and 120-liter capacities and include temperature controls, a two-speed agitator for mixing, and a 5-inch touchscreen for operation. The machines are designed for easy cleaning and mobility.

Electronic features to automatically select heating time based on pasteurising temperature
Adjustable heating and cooling (between 60°C and 90°C) and cooling (between 0°C and 20°C)
Two-speed adjustable agitation
Dispensing tap with built-in washing
Draining sump fitted in vat for better discharge of the mix

Telme Ecomix T

The Telme Ecomix T series comprises automatic batch pasteurisers designed for preparing ice cream and gelato bases as well as pastry products.

Available in capacities of 30, 60, and 120 liters per cycle, these machines feature adjustable heating temperatures between 60°C and 90°C and cooling capabilities from 0°C to 20°C, with a two-speed agitator for thorough mixing.
