The Telme Ecogel T series are high-performance vertical batch freezers designed for artisan gelato and sorbet production.

With capacities from 4.5kg to 34kg per batch, they feature dual refrigeration systems for fast freezing or energy savings and an inverter for controlling the speed of the beater.

The Telme Pratica series machines feature time-controlled cycles and vertical cylinders for efficient freezing and texture control.

The Telme Profigel series, available in Profigel 30-50, Profigel 50-70, and Profigel 70-100 models, is designed for larger gelato production.

These horizontal batch freezers offer time-controlled cycles for perfect texture and temperature-controlled cycles to extend shelf life. Equipped with double circuit evaporators, they prepare larger quantities compared to other machines of the same power.
